Stephen has held responsibility for sales, marketing and business development both at Board level and as a member of executive management teams in both public and private companies. He has also worked and advised at Board level for more than 20 years.

Stephen has built two companies from the ground up, selling one to a NASDAQ quoted corporation ten years later and the other has grown to become a Global Top 20 business in its field.

Passionate about generating world-class business performance, Stephen believes strongly in the potential of people.  He has recruited, trained and coached sales professionals for more than 25 years. Stephen has also enjoyed outstanding success creating cross-border and cross-cultural business teams. He has extensive experience in negotiation, influencing and driving decisions at Board level and in training and coaching environments

Stephen has overseen the integration of teams during mergers and acquisitions and has helped organisations improve business performance for most of his career.
