What should happen after we have worked with Critical Moments?
Let us help you get commitment from the whole team. Training is a process, not an event. Even if all the participants leave the training programme very pleased and enthusiastic, the first weeks and months after the training usually determine how well the programme content is going to be used. Make sure you discuss with your Consultant an action plan to cover the period after training.
